Air Monitoring

ASP Ltd can provide dust and fume monitoring within the business, this is carried out in line with EH40 to ensure that Occupational Exposure Limits (OEL’s) and Maximum Exposure Limits (MEL’s) are not exceeded.

Dust monitoring is carried out in line with MHDS 14 General Methods for the gravimetric determination of respirable and total inhalable dusts, this consists of monitoring equipment being located in the operators breathing zone or static samples taken using IOM or Cyclonic collection heads connected to a calibrated sample pump.

Completion of air monitoring will assist with compliance to the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health  (COSHH) Regulations.
